Explanations

• Leishcyc_logbook.pdf -- The logbook detailing changes entered to LeishCyc after the initial build.


• ptools-local.tar.gz -- The dump of the latest LeishCyc database internals. This file unpacks into the ptools-local/ directory, which contains LeishCyc. Note that the Pathway Tools software from the Bioinformatics Research Group at SRI International is required to run the database locally.
