Metabolomics Australia Informatics Group

Metabolomics Australia (MA) Informatics Group provides support for MA analytical operations and leadership in data processing and information management. Informatics group works closely with analytical groups from Melbourne (Bio21 Institute and Botany) and other MA nodes (The Australian Wine Research Institute, University of Western Australia, Murdoch University, and University of Queensland) on data processing and analysis, data management strategies, and IT infrastructure operations. The informatics group support MA service operations in terms of information and data management, provides outreach and educational programs to MA analytical staff, and enables analytical teams to process data more efficiently through testing, development, and deployment of new algorithms and computational methods.
